Artemisia Residence overlooks Souda Bay, offering charming mountain and sea views. It is located in the premium Akrotiri area, just 8 km (a 10-minute drive) from the lively Loutraki Beach and only 15 minutes from Chania’s Old Town.

Layout

Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a 65” TV, and a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday effortless, and features a custom-made wooden dining table that seats 12 at its center. This space also offers direct access to the pool area, with vibrant, pleasant views flowing in.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a spacious floor-to-ceiling closet, a 32” TV, and a self-controlled A/C.

Upper Level

Ascending to the first floor, you will find a kitchenette for added convenience. It includes a washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a teapot.

Bedroom 2: This master bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also includes a spacious floor-to-ceiling walk-in closet, a vanity, a 32” TV,  a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony with seating and sea views. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds (0.90 x 2.00) upon request. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 32” HDTV, a wardrobe, office space, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) joined together, forming a King (1.80 x 2.00). It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower,a self-controlled A/Ct, a 32” TV, a wardrobe, and a private balcony with seating.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. It also includes a 32” TV, a closet, and a self-controlled A/C. 

Outdoor Area:

- Α private 50 sq. m heated swimming pool with maximum depth of 1.60 m, with a large shallow area for tanning or playing with children. The heating of the pool will cost an additional charge and can be used only for the entire duration of the stay.

- Fully equipped gas barbecue
